Remember that Philadelphia Cream Cheese commercial? Well, the song on that commercial is ever so catchy. It ends up in my head all the time. My students will vouch for this. "Ugghhh Miss Thackeray! Not again." Hahaha. (Obviously, I burst into song that often in my classroom. Really they love it.)
Yesterday in class we talked about how sharing is caring and caring is love (said while making a heart out of my hands). And I decided to spread a little love with my students.
Spreading love just makes me happy. I mean, we all know this, but doing things for my students always increases my love of them. (And of course it increases their love for me--teacher of the year, anyone?) But it is a good reminder that I need to conscientiously serve them. Happy Valentine's Day! Spread the Love. XOXO
