This is a recipe (oven roasted chickpeas) I've wanted to try for some time now. It was delish. I was invited to a dinner tonight and I planned on bringing these with me, but they didn't make it. I ate all of them before I left my house. So clearly, I will need to make these crunchy little balls of goodness again. At least I remembered to take a picture first.

I always try to make these on a Sunday so I have snacks for the week, but the barely make it to Sunday night!
